Job summary

Care UK is seeking a compassionate Team Leader to support residents and staff in their daily lives. This is a full-time role (44 hours per week) with a rotating schedule of day and night shifts (12 hours) and alternate weekends. Medications training is required.

You will lead a care team, foster development, and ensure medication procedures are followed while promoting a supportive, inclusive environment for residents and colleagues at Care UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in team leadership or supervision in a care setting.
• Medications training or ability to administer medications according to protocol.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the care team to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Coordinate day and night 12-hour shifts and manage weekend rotas.
