Care UK is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to oversee shifts, collaborate with families and healthcare professionals, and ensure high standards of person-centered care. You will manage medication administration, assess risks, and support residents to stay active and independent.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is desirable.
• Be well-organised, IT literate and adept at allocating and delegating work.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
• Good understanding of care planning processes.
• Experience in or willing to undertake training on administering medication.
• Natural ability to make residents' lives more fulfilling.

About You
