TJX Europe’s TK Maxx and Homesense stores in the UK are seeking a Team Leader who can guide a diverse team and drive exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will mentor associates, support store managers, and help deliver our treasure-hunt shopping experience with creativity, integrity, and a strong sense of ownership.
