Job summary

Greene King pubs is seeking a Team Leader to guide shifts, uphold high standards, and keep customers happy. You will support the management team, coordinate staff during busy periods, and ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean at all times.

We value attention to detail, teamwork, and a passion for great service. A positive attitude and strong English communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.
• A great eye for detail to ensure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and a warm welcome.
• Think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
• Positive can-do attitude and true team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely.

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.
