Role

Team Leader, Coleshill B46 1DA. Salary: £26,998.40 plus £395.20 regional supplements per annum and shift supplements of up to 25% extra. Shifts: Mon-Tue 18:00-03:00, Wed 18:00-02:00, Thu 18:00-01:30, Fri 18:00-00:30, Every 2nd Sunday 07:00-12:00 (morning shift).

Responsibilities
  • We’re looking for a Team Lead to come join our Birmingham Depot. In this role you will be the link between the supervisors and warehouse staff providing immediate hands-on leadership and supervision ensuring maximum effort and attention to detail in a safe and tidy environment.
  • Coordinating, prioritising, and delegating warehouse activities.
  • Management of staff hours, sickness, holidays to help ensure no detriment to operations.
  • To motivate and develop staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
