Job summary

KFC Waterlooville is looking for a dynamic shift supervisor to lead the restaurant floor, drive the team, and ensure guests leave happy. You’ll set the pace, support, and stand in to keep shifts running smoothly.

The role focuses on leadership, people development, and maintaining high service standards in a busy environment. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can manage a crew, stay calm under pressure, and create a positive, energetic workplace.

About the role

What will you spend your time doing?

• Lead from the front. You’ll get stuck in with the team, setting the pace and driving the restaurant to hit targets and smash expectations.
• Build your crew up. You’ll coach, support, and celebrate your team—making sure everyone grows, learns, and brings their best to every shift.
• Keep it running smooth. From stock checks to shift plans, you’ll help keep things ticking behind the scenes so the front runs like clockwork.
