A leading vehicle rental company in Walsall is looking for a Team Leader to oversee a team of agents. In this office-based role, you will provide high-quality customer service, support your team, and ensure customer satisfaction. Hours between 8am-6pm
27,295.34 per annum + £150 per month shift allowance
You will be an integral part of a team Switch Team based at the RAC Offices, providing support through a variety of communications, accurate recording of data and various tasks that impact on our services, taking inbound and outbound calls from our branches and customers. You will be creating an exceptional experience for customers, whilst building trusting relationships and handling queries with confidence to provide all National Account customers with a dedicated vehicle hire reservation service.
You will report into a Team manager based in Exeter and lead a team of 4 agents based in the RAC. As representatives of Switch Car Rental you will be ambassadors for our core values, and help present our brand in a positive light.
Customer service and supervisor experience is preferable but not essential, full training will be given.
This is an office‑based role.
To provide outstanding customer service and exhibit excellent communications skills when interacting with clients.
Regularly monitor personal and team in- boxes and respond to emails.
Ensure all customer complaints are resolved to the customers satisfaction.
To process data accurately using a variety ofin-house systems.

Meet regularly via teams with manager to provide feedback and support on team performance.
Happy to work independently, as well as in apart of theteam.
Able to show leadership and support.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask.
