Job summary

Asda in Wallsend is seeking a Team Leader to drive the day-to-day running of your department on afternoon shifts. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and ensuring customers receive the best possible service. You’ll be a go-to person on the shop floor.

You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards, keep your team motivated and focused, and help develop a positive, customer-focused store environment.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department.
