We're now looking for a Team Leader to oversee warehouse operations within our Aston Martin contract in St Athan. This role is critical to maintaining high standards of performance, safety, and quality in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. You will lead a team of operatives, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in line with client expectations.

A typical day may involve

• Leading and coordinating your team on the warehouse floor to ensure smooth operations
• Dealing with inbound from transport
• Dealing with outbound to the warehouse
• Using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory, update records, and monitor workflow

This role would suit people who

• Warehouse experience is ideal but not necessary
• Good people skills with customers and a team
• Basic computer literacy in Excel
• Can do attitude
