The ideal candidate will have an NVQ 3 qualification, two years of senior care experience, and strong leadership skills. As a Team Leader, your focus will be to support the home management team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will be responsible for leading in the care planning process, assisting with discharges, monitoring the well-being of residents, and ensuring safe systems of work. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to act responsibly in the absence of the manager.
