Mitie Landscapes offers an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our UK market leading FM company. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will support the team in delivering exceptional service every day.

Position Details

Hourly Rate of Pay: £12.90 – Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week.

Requirements

Full driving licence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team on the Canal and River Trust contract to achieve the highest level of service to the client.
  • Effectively plan maintenance work across the contract, ensuring efficient use of labour, materials and equipment.
  • Lead by example to implement a positive health and safety culture.
  • Provide a daily productivity report.
  • Participate in the potential productivity incentive program.
