Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Shift Leader in the daily running of the production hall.
  • Ensure safe working practices are always followed, including permit to work, isolations and LOTOTO procedures.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met.
  • Lead, guide and develop team members, addressing skill gaps and challenging unsafe or incorrect behaviours.
  • Promote lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and product quality.
