Job summary

Asda in St.Leonards is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of your department on a 36-hour week. You will lead by example, support colleagues, manage stock, and ensure customers receive excellent service on the shop floor.

The role requires experience in retail or customer-facing environments, a can-do attitude, strong communication, and flexibility to work days, including weekends. We offer a competitive salary (£14.10 per hour), pension and wellbeing benefits.

As aTeam Leader, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You'll lead by example--supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it's helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you'll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You'll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
