Job summary

TK Maxx UK is seeking a proactive Team Leader to support our store operations the team on shifts, including nights. You will guide a diverse group of associates, model leadership, and help manage a fast-paced retail environment. The role offers flexibility across various hours and opportunities for progression.

We value initiative, collaboration, and customer focus. A background in retail management is preferred, with the ability to mentor others and drive results while upholding our standards

Job Description

Join us as a Team Leader. Various hours available, Monday to Sunday. Please note that this Team Leader role requires the candidate to be fully flexible and available for night shifts.

About the role
