Job summary

Home Bargains in Northampton is seeking a Store Team Leader to guide and develop our store team, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve performance targets. You will play a key role in maintaining store standards, safety, and a welcoming environment for every customer.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced retail setting, with responsibilities including staff training, delivering excellent service, and supporting a dynamic store operation.

Responsibilities

• Guide Our Colleagues - work with the store management team to ensure the team are well-trained, informed and capable of delivering high store standards.
• Prioritise Customer Satisfaction - identify customer needs and priorities with the team to deliver outstanding service in a safe, welcoming store.
• Drive Store Success - support execution of daily performance goals and contribute to achieving targets and store presentation.
• Supervise other staff in a fast-moving retail environment.
