We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to be based at our multi-user site in Ollerton, where you’ll be given the opportunity to lead your own team from the front and really make a difference.

This is a permanent, full-time position, with working hours of 4 on 4 off days, 7am to 7pm or 4 on 4 off nights 7pm to 7am.

We’re looking to offer a salary of £29,427 for days & £32,169 for nights (inclusive of shift allowance) per annum and 20 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays. What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

• Team management; developing, leading and motivating your people to achieve challenging operational KPIs
• You’ll lead the team on health & safety, showing good working practices, as you’ll be responsible for keeping all our operational processes fully compliant whilst keeping your people safe
• You’ll actively manage your available resource, and utilise staff where possible
• Maintain a constant presence within the warehouse delivering shift briefs and preparing handovers
