Threshold Community & Support is seeking an experienced Team Leader on a 3-month temporary basis to lead on-shift operations, guide a dedicated care team and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our team at Threshold Community & Support on a 3-month temporary basis.
As the senior member of staff on shift, you will support the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times. Working closely with the Unit Manager, you will provide leadership and guidance to staff, promote professional standards, support quality assurance processes, and help create a safe, compassionate and supportive environment for those who use our service.
You will be responsible for supervising and developing staff, assisting with recruitment and training, maintaining accurate records, contributing to care planning, and ensuring policies and procedures are implemented effectively. You will also play a key role in supporting residents’ wellbeing, dignity and independence while fostering positive relationships with families, colleagues and external professionals.
