Do you want to work for a company that truly values its employees? We are on the lookout for a Stock Team Leader to support our Primark contract located in Lutterworth. You will lead a team of stock clerks on shift, ensuring stock accuracy and integrity while minimizing stock loss. This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work a 4-on-4-off shift pattern, with the hours of 06:00 till 18:00.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the allocation of work on a daily basis, controlling headcount and overtime budgets and ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets are met
  • Work with the Operations team to resolve errors (i.E. Pick error's, placing errors, Over picks, etc) and non‑conformance effecting stock integrity
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and develop and maintain visual management boards for the team
  • Meet standards of performance, behaviour and as laid down by company and site policies and procedures. Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety requirements are met
Qualifications
  • A background in inventory or stock management, or a related role
  • Experience with operating a warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Experience in managing teams within a supply chain or stock management environment
  • Experience demonstrating strong attention to detail
