Hours: 40 hours across 5 days per week

Responsibilities
  • Providing a warm Atlas welcome to guests and new employees will be at the heart of what you do
  • Youll need to make sure your Team Members are in the right place at the right time and you will take coaching and development of your team seriously
  • Youll be the person that Team Members look to when they need guidance so you will need to be nurturing and cool under pressure
  • You will support the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving Atlas purpose of creating a rewarding place to work and a great experience for our guests so continuous improvement across the hotel will be important
