KFC Conwy - Llandudno Junction 3007 is seeking a Team Leader to drive on-floor leadership and guest satisfaction. You’ll set the pace, lift the vibe, and actively contribute to every shift’s success as you guide the team to deliver great service.

As a natural leader, you’ll coach and support the crew, keeping things running smoothly and ensuring high standards across the restaurant. This is a hands-on role for an energetic, people-focused manager.

About the role

You’ll be right there on the floor, leading the team, keeping thingsrunning smooth, and making sure every guest leaves happy. It’s about settingthe pace, lifting the vibe, and getting stuck in to make every shift count.

What will you spend your time doing?

• Lead from the front. You’ll get stuck in with the team, setting the pace and driving therestaurant to hit targets and smash expectations.
• Build your crew up. You’ll coach, support, and celebrate your team—making sure everyonegrows, learns, and brings their best to every shift.
• Keep it running smooth. From stock checks to shift plans, you’ll help keep things tickingbehind the scenes so the front runs like clockwork.
