Michael Page have just registered a new exciting Permanent Team Leader position in Leeds to work for a reputable and progressive business within the Professional Services sector. Responsibilities
- You will oversee and manage a team of customer service advisers, providing line management as well as supporting the team to deliver excellent results.
- Motivate and lead the team to ensure that an excellent service is delivered.
- Coach and develop the agents.
- Work closely with senior management to drive potential changes around process and procedure.
- Undertake probationary reviews and monthly 1 to 1 meetings.
- Equip the team to manage and organise their workload to ensure targets are reached effectively.
- Deal with any escalations and investigate accordingly.
- Provide management information and reporting on all aspects of team activity.
Profile / Qualifications
- Previous team leader experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Strong people and performance management skills, including mentoring and developing teams.
- Customer focused with a strong commitment to client care and providing a friendly and helpful first-class service.
- Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Set the standards in terms of the company culture and standards of excellence.
