Job summary

Salary : 26013.00 per annum (13.34 p / hr)

Hours : 37.5 hours per week 5 days out of 7 including bank holidays Early and Late shifts and weekends on a rotational basis.

Location : Based at LS17.

Now were looking for a passionate and committed Team Leader to join one of our well-established CQC-rated Good residential homes for adults with learning disabilities. Youll be based in a warm supportive five-bed home working alongside a dedicated teamand leading by example.

A Bit About the Role

As Team Leader youll play a key part in ensuring residents receive exceptional person-centred care in a safe and engaging be :

  • Managing day-to-day care operations alongside our Registered Manager
  • Leading and motivating a team of support staff
  • Providing hands-on care when needed
  • Ensuring compliance with internal systems and CQC standards
  • Updating staff and resident records accurately and on time
  • Supporting cover for staff absences including weekends and evenings as part of a 24 / 7 rota
