Hungry Horse in the United Kingdom is looking for a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensure the team has what they need, and keep standards high so customers leave happy and come back.

You’ll oversee a busy bar environment, support managers in their absence, and foster a warm, efficient team. A strong emphasis on safety, service, and teamwork helps you thrive in this role.

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you'll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You'll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…

• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
