Shift Pattern: 1 on 2 off
Salary: £24,570 - £26,390, plus £53 per sleep – avg 10 sleeps per month.

Overview

Brook Street Social Care are proud to partner with a well established, children centred residential care provider for young people. We are seeking Team Leaders to join the team within a 1 or 2 bedded home for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Essential Requirements
  • A minimum 18 months experience in a children's residential care home
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • A full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
  • Values in line with the organisation, such as taking a therapeutic, person‑centred approach to childcare
