A UK-based retail organization is seeking a Team Leader to support managers and coordinate team activities. Responsibilities include motivating the team, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and professionally handling complaints. Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not essential. The role requires a customer-focused individual who is enthusiastic and approachable. This position may involve evenings and weekends.
Being a Team Leader with Your Co-op is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. You'll be responsible for providing support to managers, coaching and coordinating the work of the team as well as driving them to increase sales and attain store targets. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this, your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.
