Job summary

Hungry Horse is seeking a proactive Team Leader to help run shifts smoothly, ensuring excellent customer service and that the team delivers high standards. You will deputise for management, coordinate staff during busy periods, and keep the bar safe, legal, and clean at all times.

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…

• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
