Job description
Overview

We are looking for Team Leaders! Heart of England Cooperative Society are looking for a Team Leader to join our growing team in our Hockley Heath convenience store on a permanent contract for 39 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Step up into a position of responsibility, supporting the running of the store.
  • Motivate and drive the team; act as a role model to the rest of the team in championing the Society’s mantra and behaviours.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure all areas of the store are taken care of.
  • Focus on delivering excellent customer service and store standards.
  • Support in projects within our local communities.
