Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Greenwich (TK Maxx / Homesense) seeks a Team Leader to support store managers and lead a diverse team in a fast-changing retail environment. You will help guide daily operations and ensure excellent customer experiences.

As a Team Leader you’ll mentor associates, foster a treasure-hunt shopping experience, and contribute to a culture built on honesty, integrity and respect. Growth opportunities and development within TJX Europe await.
