Job description

What will I be doing?

• Monitor collection crews and carry out inspections accordingly.
• Monitor fleet compliance and ensure health and safety is maintained to a high standard.
• Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as timesheets, staff level budgeting, staff briefings, toolbox talks (huddle cards), safe working procedures, SIM observations and inductions.
• Provide excellent customer service and address complaints.
• Ensure all employee activities comply with SUEZ’s policies, procedures and relevant health and safety legislation.

What are the requirements?

• Have a Class B licence.
• Experience working on the street cleansing operation within K&C.
• Demonstrate a passion for professional driving, strong communication skills and a willingness to be part of a dedicated team that delivers high‑level customer service.
