Full‑time equivalent to 42 hours per week. Rate of pay £13 per hour.

Numada Healthcare Limited is an independent care company providing nursing and residential care to older persons with the aim to support them to maintain their independence and continue to live their lives the way they chose. We provide care and support to adults over the age of 18 and pride ourselves in delivering high quality care.

About the role

Redclyffe House is looking for a Team Leader to help us provide a high‑quality, caring, and supportive lifestyle for 12 individuals with Learning Disabilities. You will support the Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the home and lead a small team of Support Workers. You will help make sure each person receives safe, person‑centred care, in line with best practice standards. We are based in Alverstoke in Gosport and welcome applicants with previous experience in social care or support work.

Day shifts vary between 7 am and 10 pm. You will be required to work alternative weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, support, and supervise Support Workers during each shift.

  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding standards and CQC requirements.
