Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Night Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to each shift. You’ll lead smooth, efficient nights, maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence, and adapt to changing store needs.

You’ll train and support new Baristas, motivate your small two-person team on shift, and demonstrate reliability, accountability and strong communication. Night work requires you to be over 18 and comfortable leading others.

Qualifications

• 18 years or over due to night working.
• Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role.
• Strong communication and team motivation skills.

Pay

• £1 4 .75–£1 5 .75 per hour. For hours worked between 11pm –5am. All other hours worked will be a starting pay rate if £13.75-14.75. (location dependent)
