Are you an experienced Team Leader in the legal field? As Sales & Purchases Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for managing and motivating the team, overseeing case work, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services. You’ll guide your team through the property sale and purchase process, supporting solicitors and residents during one of the most important moments in their lives. You don’t need a legal qualification to succeed in this role – what matters most is a strong administrative and leadership background, excellent organisation, and the ability to manage workloads while supporting your team.
As Sales & Purchases Team Leader, you’ll combine hands-on casework with leadership responsibilities. You’ll manage and motivate your team, oversee workloads, and ensure high-quality legal services are delivered efficiently. The Sales & Purchases team plays a vital role in supporting residents and solicitors through the property sale and purchase process. This includes preparing and checking legal documentation, coordinating with our in-house legal team, and liaising with external solicitors to ensure accuracy and compliance. Working closely with our Legal and Finance teams, we handle a high volume of cases with precision, professionalism, and a strong focus on customer service.
We’re looking for someone with a strong administrative background and proven experience in leading people and managing workloads, ideally in a legal, property, or other service-driven environment.
