A leading testing and certification organization in the East Midlands is seeking a Team Leader / Section Head. You will provide supervisory and technical support to ensure operational quality and compliance in the laboratory. You’re an experienced laboratory professional with a solid understanding of testing standards, quality systems and team supervision. You take pride in accuracy, safety and developing others and thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
As a Team Leader / Section Head you’ll provide supervisory and technical support to ensure your section meets daily operational quality and commercial targets in a safe and compliant manner. You’ll also act as deputy to the designated line manager when required.
