Job summary

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) is seeking a dynamic leader to guide a fast-paced team on the shop floor. You will drive performance, coach staff, and ensure smooth operations across shifts, keeping guests happy and the restaurant running like clockwork.

As a natural leader with experience managing teams, you will motivate the crew, manage stock and shift plans, and maintain a positive, high-energy environment that delivers exceptional service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

You'll be right there on the floor, leading the team, keeping things running smooth, and making sure every guest leaves happy. It's about setting the pace, lifting the vibe, and getting stuck in to make every shift count. What will you spend your time doing?
