Greene King’s Pub & Dining division is seeking a proactive Team Leader to drive service excellence on busy shifts. You’ll guide the team, ensure standards are met, and keep guests happy with warm hospitality.

In this on-site role in Crawley, you’ll deputise for managers, organise tasks, maintain safety and cleanliness, and model the high standards that define our brands. English proficiency and a can-do attitude are essential for delivering memorable experiences.
