A leading recruitment agency in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to oversee production operations. We are currently inviting internal applications for a Team Leader (Days) to support and lead the team on days. This position has excellent opportunity to develop within the business while contributing to a critical area of production. As Team Leader (Days) you will be responsible for overseeing the team to ensure safe, smooth and efficient high-quality production. The roles involve working during the hours of, 06:00am – 14:15pm (week 1) and 14:00pm – 22:15pm (week 2).
We are looking for someone who will play a key role in supervising operators, maintaining production targets, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
