Job Overview

We are currently inviting internal applications for a Team Leader (Days) to support and lead the team on days. This position has excellent opportunity to develop within the business while contributing to a critical area of production. As Team Leader (Days) you will be responsible for overseeing the team to ensure safe, smooth and efficient high-quality production. The roles involve working during the hours of, 06:00am – 14:15pm (week 1) and 14:00pm – 22:15pm (week 2).

We are looking for someone who will play a key role in supervising operators, maintaining production targets, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Production Operators during day shift operations.
• Ensure daily production targets and quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Monitor machine performance and support minor troubleshooting or escalations.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety, hygiene, and standards at all times.
• Provide training and support to colleagues, promoting a positive and productive working environment.
• Complete shift reports and ensure effective handovers to the night shift.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams as needed.
