Childrens Residential Team Leader – Support a 5-bed home in New Malden (Northolt, UB6). Drive passion and care for children with emotional and behavioural needs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support staff to promote independence and encourage recreational activities within and outside the community.
  • Advocate for service users and contribute to the team to uphold outstanding care standards.
