Leonard Cheshire in Edinburgh is seeking a Team Leader to guide a small team in a City Park service that supports adults with physical disabilities. The role is on-site, full-time, and offers clear opportunities to impact residents’ independence and wellbeing.
You will manage rotas, supervise staff, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, compliant care while maintaining meticulous records and safety standards.
