Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at our Telford site, supporting an exciting project for our customer RBSL. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Multitask Operatives to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse operations, from inbound and outbound activity to inventory management and order fulfilment.

This is a full‑time permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, on rotating shifts covering the hours of 06:00 till 14:00 and 14:00 till 22:00. However, some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £30,576 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). A company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and death in service.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
• Basic MS Office skills and confidence using warehouse systems.
• Willingness to undertake training for safety roles (e.g., Fire Marshal, Incident Controller).
• Security clearance eligibility and flexibility to work varied hours when required.
