A leading social care provider in Catrine is seeking a full-time Team Leader to support autistic adults. The ideal candidate will have management experience and a passion for transformation. Responsibilities include helping individuals achieve their goals and integrating them into the community. The role requires flexibility and includes evening and weekend work. This advert is for a full time Team Leader position (39 hrs over 7 days) based at Catrine Bank. The salary for this position is £31,738.20 per annum.The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, challenge perceptions and build a society that works for autistic people.
We support people to understand their autism diagnosis and how this may impact on their lives and those around them.
Our services provide accommodation and support for autistic adults 52 weeks a year, 24 hours a day in urban and rural settings.

We are looking for experienced Team Leaders with the passion to work with our fantastic teams. You’ll be resilient, supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people.
Suitable candidates will have experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting. But working with autistic people gives so much more in return.
Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families, and will include evening and weekend working.
Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is desirable

Catrine Bank is one of our supported living services in East Ayrshire, Scotland. It includes three houses and two cottages. With the river Ayr running adjacent, Catrine village is a beautiful, remote and rural area with access to varied county walks and National Trust locations within easy access.
