Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring the team has what it needs and customers enjoy a memorable visit.

You will deputise for management, maintain high standards, and promote a warm, welcoming atmosphere while keeping operations running like clockwork.

• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible., Get a glimpse into a day in the life of our bar and waiting staff! In this video, you'll experience the pace, precision, and personality that go into delivering excellent service-from preparing drinks and taking orders to creating memorable moments for our guests., As a Team Leader, you'll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You'll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are
• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
