Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking a Team Leader to guide the floor and bar teams across one of our country-style pubs. You’ll lead by example, ensure service is second to none, and keep shifts running like clockwork while upholding high standards and smiling customers.

In this role you’ll deputise for management, organise the team during busy periods, and ensure the bar stays safe, legal, and clean. A positive attitude and team spirit are essential.

Job Description
