Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join a well-established food manufacturing company based in Caerphilly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Details
  • Job Role: Team Leader
  • Location: Caerphilly
  • Working Hours: 7 days across two weeks 6am – 6pm
  • Pay Rate: £13.50 - £27 per hour
Responsibilities
  • Leading and motivating a production team to meet daily targets and quality standards
  • Organising workloads and ensuring efficient use of resources across the production line
  • Monitoring and maintaining health & safety compliance at all times
  • Supporting team training and development, including mentoring new starters
  • Conducting daily production meetings and reporting on KPIs
  • Ensuring all hygiene and food safety procedures are followed to BRC standards
About You
  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment
  • Proven leadership skills in a team leader or supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Flexible, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement
