Job summary

Greene King’s Chef & Brewer is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide a busy pub floor. You’ll lead by example, ensure the team has everything they need, and help create warm welcomes, great drinks, and memorable guest experiences.

You’ll deputise for the management team, coordinate shifts, train staff, and uphold high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness. A positive can-do attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure will help you thrive during busy evenings and weekend trade.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
