Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd. is hiring a Team Leader in Birmingham to drive the day-to-day operation of the department. You will lead by example, support colleagues, manage stock tasks and assist customers to ensure excellent service.

You will work closely with your manager to uphold high standards, motivate the team and maintain a positive shop floor environment across shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the department, setting an example for colleagues.

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You'll lead by example - supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it's helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you'll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You'll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
