Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Biggleswade is inviting applications for a Team Leader to help run the department day-to-day. You’ll lead by example, support colleagues, manage stock and help onboard new starters while collaborating with your manager to keep standards high and the team motivated.

The role is a permanent, full-time position (36 hours per week) with a daytime shift pattern. You’ll be customer-focused, organised and a strong team player, ensuring excellent service on every shift.

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You'll lead by example - supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it's helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you'll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You'll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
