A leading residential care provider is looking for a Team Leader to support a team of social care workers in delivering high-quality care to adults with disabilities. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating with other leaders, and ensuring residents engage in daily activities, all while leading by example. The role of the Team Leader is to provide support and guidance to a team of social care workers, whilst making sure you always provide the highest level of care and lead by example. You will also liaise with the seniors in the home reporting any matters of concern. You must have experience in the care sector and have the willingness to learn and expand on your previous knowledge. Not only will you make a huge difference to people’s lives, but you’ll be able to enjoy days out, trips away and join in with many more activities, all of which ensures the people we work with are safe, happy and lead fulfilling lives.

Linden Farm is a 10-bed supported living service for young adults with a diagnosis of Autism and Learning Disabilities. Located in the village of Alfold, near Cranleigh, and set in extensive grounds, the service consists of 5 individual apartments and 5 beds located in generous communal surroundings. Residents at Linden Farm engage in an extensive activities program which includes horse riding, swimming, bowling, and a range of other outdoor and indoor pursuits. They are supported by a team consisting of Social Care Workers, Activities co-ordinators and a small team of drivers. Parents and families play a pivotal role in engaging with the Linden Farm team to provide a comprehensive support structure for residents.
