Job summary

Sophos is a global cybersecurity leader seeking a Team Lead - Threat Analyst to supervise threat analysts, coordinate incident response, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity with leadership experience, strong SOC background, and expertise in intrusion analysis, forensics, and malware handling. Proficiency with MITRE ATT&CK, OSQuery, SQL, Windows and Linux is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, with leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in a security operations center or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of intrusion analysis, incident response, and malware handling.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat intel concepts.
