All our work has equality, diversity and inclusion at its very heart, best articulated in “Harness the Mix”. It’s about breaking down barriers between our parts and people and unlocking the problem‑solving power of our amazing mix of minds. In this role, you’ll be primarily responsible for overseeing the delivery and continuous improvement of our placements and sufficiency services, ensuring an exceptional experience for students, staff, and partners.

You’ll lead and support a dedicated team to manage key operational processes, streamline workflows, and implement service enhancements that align with institutional priorities. Working closely with colleagues across schools and professional services, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how we attract, admit, and support students through their placement journeys.
