Position Summary

As a full‑time Band 7 Team Lead at Rochdale Infirmary you will lead a multidisciplinary team supporting residents of Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale (HMR). You will inspire advanced practitioners, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, pharmacists and community nurses to deliver person‑centred care and drive the Hospital@Home service.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage staff, roster sustainability, recruitment and learner supervision, monitor sickness absence, annual leave and training compliance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including NWAS, GPs, pharmacy and the Neighbourhood Team—to shape high‑quality, patient‑centred services aligned with trust goals.
